We used PLS as on the recommended panel from our developers to part exchange our house for a new build. We dealt with Clare who was always on hand to answer our questions, and very helpful to get our sale and purchase over the line. During the process we spoke to Clare many times over the phone, where it was never to much hassle and she was very understanding of our situation.
