What is Conveyancing?
Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring ownership of a property from one person to another. Whether you’re buying, selling, or moving into a new build, conveyancing ensures all contracts, searches, and legal requirements are handled correctly. It protects your interests, prevents delays, and makes sure your property transaction is completed smoothly and securely.
Conveyancer or Solicitor – What’s the Difference?
A conveyancer is a professional specialising in property transactions, handling the legal aspects of buying or selling a home. A solicitor is a fully qualified lawyer who can do everything a conveyancer can, as well as provide wider legal advice if needed. At PLS, our team are solicitors specialising in residential conveyancing, so you benefit from expert property guidance backed by full legal expertise and support.
